Health Net of California, Inc. and Health Net Life Insurance (Health Net) is here to help make sure you receive the care and services you need. If you feel sick, please make sure you contact your primary care physician (PCP). They know you best and is your first option to discuss your health.
If you can't reach your PCP there are other resources you can access. Below is a list of services to help you maintain your health, including information on financial help, food delivery, job placement, and more.
To get general information related to COVID-19, track symptoms or locate the nearest testing center, you may call our COVID-19 automated phone line. Remember, please contact your PCP first before following up with a testing center location.

Teladoc | Teladoc Health (Teladoc) offers virtual health care that’s convenient, with confidential access to quality U.S. board-certified doctors. You can book appointments through the Teladoc app, website or call 1-800-TELADOC (835-2362). Medical appointments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from wherever you are. Behavioral health professionals can be booked 7 days a week 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Pacific time). Teladoc is an option when you can't see your regular doctor. Teladoc appointments are available at no cost to most Health Net members but some members may have a co-pay. Please refer to the member's health coverage document for more information. |

Health Net's Behavioral Health Services | Help protect your mental health. Obtain referrals to outpatient providers in the Health Net Behavioral Health network or ask questions about your mental health benefits. In the event you need help with substance use or if you are in a crisis, Health Net can help you get to the right County agency for help.
