Get Medi-Cal Despite Your Immigration Status

All qualified Californians can sign-up for Medi-Cal benefits with Health Net
Great news! A new California state law now includes and opens Medi-Cal benefits for undocumented people living in the state. With this new law, Health Net is proud to extend our coverage to serve even more Californians.
Health Net has long been committed to improve the health and wellbeing of our members and the communities we serve for 45 years. Our expanded Medi-Cal benefits are one more way we are working to achieve that goal.
Get covered
Any Californian may be able to receive no-cost or low-cost Medi-Cal benefits, which include:
- Emergency services
- Doctor visits/outpatient services
- Mental health services
- Preventive and wellness services
- Lab exams and blood tests
- Prescription drugs and more
If you qualify, you can sign-up for Medi-Cal at any time throughout the year. When you apply for Medi-Cal it does not disrupt or change immigration or citizenship status.
